德国国际培训和发展协会提供的物流奖学金培训项目
德国国际培训和发展协会是由联邦德国政府、各联邦州和经济界支持建立的非盈利性国际培训和合作组织,在35个国家有900名工作人员,每年的活动经费为1.3亿欧元。几十年来向世界各国,特别是发展中国家提供了支持性的培训与人力资源项目。
德国国际培训和发展协会将在明年十月份举办一个物流经理人的奖学金培训项目。该项目已经举办了几年,但参加者多数为中国政府的国际官员,本次德国方面希望增加企业界的有几年实际经验、年龄35岁以下、德语水平比较高的业务人员,并要求司顿物流咨询公司能协助宣传与推荐。

„ Logistics and Transport Planning in Freight Transport“

Objectives of the programme
Overall objective
Logistic systems are
part of a networked transport system in the PR of China and
contribute to an improved economic development as well as to a
reduction of environmental damage by reducing traffic in freight
transport.
Training objective
The training
programme shall contribute to a sustainable development of
regional freight transport in the PR of China through developing
modern transport concepts and sustainable freight transport
planning.
Learning objective
Upon completion of the training the participants will be able
to elaborate structural proposals for reduced, environmentally
sound and economic flows of traffic in freight transport as well
as are able to develop logistic concepts. They can act as
multipliers to enable their employees/colleagues to develop
logistic concepts independently.
Social learning objectives:
At the end of the technical seminar the participants learn about
the social correlation of the acquired technical contents and
are able to appraise and evaluate the effects of alternate ways
of acting on their employees as well as on their social and
economic surroundings.
Target group
Junior managers from
administrations, state-run and parastatal transport industry,
private transport companies, directories of the Ministry of
Communications and of Railways of the PR of China, who are
already working or shall be working in future in the field of
freight transport.
Admission
Requirements:

University degree or equivalent qualification
·
Several years of professional
experience in the field of logistics
·
The age limit for participation is 35 years.
·
By same qualification female candidates are given priority.
·
Good command of the German language.
Please note:
Compulsory: Participation at a
German
language course at the Sino-German
School at
the University of International Business and Economics-
UIBE in Beijing. Annually, the
course commences on October 1st for
10 months.
During the language course the
participants live on the campus of UIBE.

Upon arrival in
Germany, the programme participants shall have a good command of
the German language, which will be deepened in an additional
2-months technical language course in Germany (November-December
2006).
The entire training programme is divided into the following four
relevant phases:
Phase 1
October 2006:
Arrival of the participants at the InWEnt reception centre in
Saarbrucken, Germany
1 month:
General introduction into the programme, information on Germany
and InWEnt, living conditions in Germany, administrative
procedures, end of October: initial interview with InWEnt
representative in charge of the programme and representative of
Central Labour Agency in charge of the internship during the
programme.
Phase 2
Technical German language course and professional
introduction into the programme (November – December 2006)
Phase 3
Technical seminar (January 2007 – August 2007)

The subject areas are composed of scientific, industrial and
practical aspects.
The programme focuses on an intensive relation between theory
and practice.
Exercises and case studies taken from the participants’
professional experience and on specific development problems of
their home regions, shall demonstrate the various aspects of
project management.
Field trips
Field trips are a reasonable complement to the theoretical
seminar contents and are offered analogue to the seminar.
Travel expenses of the participants
International travel expenses (China-Germany-China) are borne by
the Chinese partner.
InWEnt covers the travel costs occurring during the programme in
Germany.
Social attendance and extracurricular
support
InWEnt is responsible for supporting the participants in social
and extracurricular matters.
Insurance of the participants
InWEnt is directly responsible for medical care, medical and
liability insurance of the participants.
Accommodation of the participants
InWEnt is responsible to take care of the participants’
accommodation during the whole training period in Germany.
Scholarship
The monthly scholarship for the participants is paid by InWEnt
on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic
Cooperation and Development.
Partner contribution
The partner institution in China contributes to the training
programme by

paying € 10.000 per participant for the training programme in
Germany
-
paying a share to German language course at UIBE in
Beijing.
